What channels are included?

I like to say "all of them." 4000+ LiveTV channels are included. I have yet to receive a request for a channel that is not there. This includes every sports game, including PPV events, and local news channels. The service does not include on-demand movies or shows.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

None required. I will walk you through each step in plain language. If you can follow verbal directions on a phone call, we can get your system running.

Which devices do you support?

The service supports Android TV boxes, Amazon Fire Stick (with the Android OS), AppleTV, GoogleTV Onn boxes, smartphones, tablets and most smart TVs running a compatible IPTV app, which I will help you install. If you do not have a compatible device, I am happy to make a recommendation!

How fast do you respond?

In most cases, same day. I pride myself on availability and clear communication. My full time job has irregular hours, so it may occasionally be a next-day response.

Does support end after install?

Not at all. Please reach out if experiencing any technical difficulties or have any questions! I want to do everything in my power to ensure you are satisfied with your service.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Every service tier lists a flat price on our Pricing page. What you see is what you pay — no add-ons billed after the fact.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. Upgrades to more connections can happen anytime - just pay for a month at the new tier and your entire remaining subscription (+ 1 month) gets upgraded to the higher-connection account. Downgrades to fewer connections can only happen at time-of-renewal.

My service is buffering/freezing a lot?

The first (and easiest solution) is to close the app (Apple devices) or clear the cache on your device (most other devices) and restart (all devices). If that does not fix it, or you do not know how to perform the above actions, please reach out for further assistance.

Do I get a bonus for referrals?

Yes! If you refer a new customer and they sign up for the service, you get a free month for every three they sign up for.
